How do I restore my purchase?
Open Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchase". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase.
The app is not responding — what should I do?
Close the app completely and reopen it. If the problem persists, please contact us at rixdorf.studios@gmail.com and describe what happened.
Where is my game progress saved?
Your game is saved locally on your device. It is not backed up to iCloud. If you uninstall the app, your progress will be lost.
Can I get a refund for a tip?
Tips are voluntary and non-refundable. For refund requests related to the Premium upgrade, please contact Apple Support directly.
